Lost Lake Woods Club 2020 Annual Real Estate Report

 

2020 was extraordinary in so many ways, both good and bad.  The real estate activity across Northeast Michigan was outstanding.  In terms of homes sold at Lost Lake Woods Cluyb, 2020 was clearly the best year with over 30 homes sold, far above the average of about 20 homes per year previously. It was nice to witness such an increase in the number of homes sold, but....

Home Shopping is Stronger than any other Holiday Season

 

Lost Lake Woods Club has sold more homes this year than any other year since the Pearson Group began selling at the club over 10 years ago.

The balance of the year may offer a couple more sales and we surely would project many more home sales inside the gate if only we had more inventory.
